The recruitment process for KPMG's Consulting and Deal Advisory services officially started on Wednesday 19 July 2023, with new undergraduate and postgraduate university graduates. The program will be active throughout the summer.

The programme is designed exclusively for graduates of higher education institutions in Greece and abroad (at undergraduate and postgraduate level):

• Technological
• Finance and Management (or other related STEM subject: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)

It is addressed to people who are characterized by creativity, teamwork, dynamism and result orientation.

Work experience is not a prerequisite (0 to 3 years), but a very good knowledge of English is essential.

The application and selection process by KPMG

Candidates can apply for a wide range of services and specialisation in Consulting and Deal Advisory by sending their CV to the Advisory Graduate Recruitment Program 2023 and will close in September 2023.

The selection process involves sending a CV to the KPMG advertisement as above, followed by participation in a Virtual Assessment Centre, where candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their talents. This will be followed by a skills test and personal interviews.

Selected candidates are formally integrated into KPMG's Consulting and Deal Advisory practice areas, following a structured onboarding program, while being integrated into working teamsand receiving ongoing support throughout their career at KPMG.
