True to its commitment to invest in the new generation, Hercules Group launches the "Re - Engineering Tomorrow" programme. In this way, it demonstrates in practice its human-centred character, but also its interest and confidence in the young and highly qualified potential of the country.

This is a 12-month paid programme. It is specially designed for young engineers who have just graduated or have little work experience (up to 3 years). It aims to develop new talent in the next generation of engineers in the group.

More specifically, the Hercules Group with "Re - Engineering Tomorrow" invites graduates of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Production & Management) who are looking for the next challenge, to leave their own footprint to accelerate the transition to sustainable construction, while realizing their professional ambitions.

In the "Re - Engineering Tomorrow" programme, participants undertake innovative projects both in Greece and abroad. At the same time they alternate in working groups. Thus they will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop their field of knowledge. At the same time, they will be able to take advantage of training and specialisation opportunities through targeted technical training and leadership development programmes. This will equip them with the necessary skills to succeed and excel mainly at the Group's factories in Volos and Milaki Evia.
