Career Days: On 21/22 October with more than 100 companies

The Career Days of kariera.gr, the largest hub for working life in Greece, will be held, for the 24th year, on the weekend of October 21-22 in the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens, with the participating companies actively recruiting to exceed 100.

Entrance to the two-day event-institute for all visitors is free, with the sole condition to the registration of here.

What is included in the two-day “Career Days”

During Athens Career Days 2023, visitors will be able to:

To conduct short 1:1 job interviews in two Interview Rooms
To meet representatives of top companies that are actively recruiting, in the Hall of Top Employers
To attend inspiring talks by professionals from various fields in the Knowledge Auditorium and the Innovathens building
To do free Career Counseling with the experts of kariera.gr for the best version of their resume, how to stand out in an interview, ways to improve their skills, their next professional steps, designing a competitive professional profile on Social Media, etc.
To take the most appropriate photo for their CV by a professional photographer.
To be informed about upskilling / reskilling opportunities, from the participating companies that provide training programs, with the aim of developing skills

In addition, visitors will be able to get even closer to experts from various fields (Tech, Retail, Call Centers, Hospitality, etc.) as part of the Ask the Experts initiative, in round table discussions, and learn about:

the everyday life and responsibilities of an expert
the latest and future trends of each industry
the skills one needs to succeed in one’s career

Each meeting will last approximately one hour and will take place in the morning and afternoon hours in the Innovathens building. The participation of visitors will be strictly followed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Furthermore, kariera.gr joins forces for the first time with JobsLink and the Hellenic Association for Asperger Syndrome (HAS), enabling candidates belonging to the spectrum of High Functioning Autism to go through 1:1 job interviews in Interview Room B with companies that are actively hiring.

Finally, the visitors of the Career Days will have the opportunity to come into contact with representatives of kariera.gr, as well as of its individual business units –Executive Level, Hiring Solutions and Workathlon–, at specially designed booths in all the buildings of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens.
