An experiential, intensive, group programme of 12 weeks, exclusively for unemployed women over 40 , implements the Association of Women over 40 - the A40s under the name I Start Again.
The I Start Again programme focuses on strengthening self-confidence, emotional self-regulation and skills cultivation so that participants can move into the labour market, having identified the skills they already possess and their usefulness, as well as prospects and alternatives for further personal education and professional development.
The Beginning Again programme will take place online from 3 November 2021 to 9 February 2022, every Wednesday from 10:30 to 12:00 am. Participation is free of charge.

The Start Again programme is only for women aged 40 and over who wish to:
- Increase their awareness
- To manage difficult thoughts and therefore emotions that arise
- To face stress in their lives and specifically in social circumstances
- Redefine their values and desires
- Identify obstacles to their professional development
- To live with enthusiasm
- Identify and develop skills useful for the labour market
