A useful support tool is now available to stakeholders under the Green Transition SME Action Line. In particular, the Model Responsible Declarations for the submission of applications for funding under Action 1: Green Transformation of SMEs and Action 2: Green Productive Investment of SMEs have been published in an editable format.
Green Transformation of SMEs
The 1st amendment of the Call for Action has been published Green Transformation Programme SMEs Competitiveness 2021/27. With the amendment of the Call, the section "5.3 SELECTED ACTIVITY AREAS FOR TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS (according to Law 4276/2014, as in force)" is added, according to which the investment projects with investment code "Accommodation" (code 55) of the Tourism Sector should follow the following conditions:
Main hotel accommodation
- Hotels (Classification in category 4**** (four stars) and above, Capacity Twelve (12) beds and above)
- Hotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings provided for in p.d. 33/1979
- Organised camping camps (Classified in category 3*** (three stars) and above)
- Youth hostels
Non-primary hotel accommodation
- Self-catering accommodation - tourist furnished houses (Minimum number of dwellings: Three - 3) It is noted that all self-catering accommodation - tourist furnished houses must necessarily be integrated in the same MHTE Label.
- Furnished rooms - apartments ( Classification in category 4 keys and above, Minimum capacity Twelve (12) beds).
The amendment to the Call also includes changes to the Categories of Eligible Expenditure. In particular, it is specified that the purchase of a new boat or vessel of any kind (recreational, wooden, motorised, sailing, etc.) that is less than 7 metres in length is not eligible. Until the completion of the investment, the vessel is required to be registered in the electronic register of pleasure and tourist day vessels, entitled "e - Register of Ships".
In addition, specifically and only for investment projects in the car/bus rental business, the supply of purely electric self-propelled vehicles is eligible subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle must be new, unused and owned by the company
- The vehicle must be used exclusively by the company's customers
- The minimum eligible percentage (20%) of category 2.1 of the subsidised budget of the Investment Plan must be respected. (This concerns applications for funding under an aid scheme pursuant to Article 14 of Reg. 651/2014).
Beneficiaries must not relocate the aided investment outside the region of establishment. For the Region of Attica for investment projects implemented in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation 651/2014, the approved aid intensity should not be affected.
The amendment of the Call also includes changes regarding the Supporting Documents, the long-term obligations of the beneficiaries, etc.
Action 1 "Green Transformation of SMEs" encourages investment projectsaiming at the exploitation and development of modern technologies, the upgrading of the products and/or services produced and of their activities in general, by rewarding actions that exploit modern technologies, infrastructure and best practices in energy upgrading and circular economy.
The submission of funding applications started on Wednesday 22/03/2023 at 12:00.
The funding application must be submitted by the potential beneficiaries via the Integrated Information System for the Management of State Aid (IPSKE), at the following address: https://app.opske.gr/ , using the standard IPSCE Funding Application Form (ANNEX II - ENDORSEMENT FORM FOR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION).
The Call for Action will remain open for applications until the available budget per category of Region is exhausted, provided that the relevant State aid regulations (651/2014, 1407/2013) remain in force, increased by 20% per Category of Region.
Each funding application submitted is evaluated in order of priority, according to the date and time of electronic submission (finalisation) in the OPSKE.

Green Productive Investment SMEs
The 1st amendment of the Call for Proposals of the Action "Green Productive Investment for SMEs" of the "Competitiveness 2021/27" Programme has been published. The application for funding must be submitted by the potential beneficiaries electronically through the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (ISIS), using the standardised ISIS Funding Application Form (ANNEX II - INDICATIVE ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION FORM).
The Call for Action will remain open for applications until the available budget per category of Region is exhausted, provided that the relevant State aid regulations (651/2014, 1407/2013) remain in force, increased by 20% per Category of Region.
Each application for funding for the Green Transition SME action submitted will be evaluated in order of priority, according to the date and time of electronic submission (finalisation) in the CSME.
