It is not possible to finalise the submission of applications for funding under the Action: green productive investment for SMEs on Regions in Transition(Attica, S. South Aegean) due to the exhaustion of the available budget, increased by 20%. In addition, it is clarified that the possibility of processing funding applications in the form of a draft in the IPPC remains available. It is noted that, depending on the progress of the evaluation process, the possibility of finalising funding applications may be reactivated, which will be the subject of a further announcement.
Green Productive Investment SMEs
The Action encourages investment projects that aim to exploit and develop modern technologies, to upgrade the products and/or services produced and their activities in general, by favouring actions that exploit modern technologies, infrastructures and best practices in energy upgrading and circular economy.
Minimum / maximum subsidised budget: 30.000€ up to 200.000€
Aid intensity: Up to 40 %.
The grant may receive an additional 10% if it includes "Green Transition" GREEN costs up to 20% of the eligible budget of the investment project at the time of the investment project's inclusion. The above increased rate of grant will remain constant during the intermediate verification and payment stage.
Action Budget: 400.000.000€
The Public Expenditure is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by National Participation. For greater complementarity, funding is provided using Common Support (Article 25 C(EU) 2021/1060) to finance interventions falling within the scope of ESF+.

- 312.000.000€ for the Less Developed Regions: North Aegean, Eastern Macedonia - Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece, Crete, Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, Central Greece, Sterea Greece, Peloponnese
Beneficiaries
Existing Small, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which, among other things, should, before the date of online submission of the funding application:
- Have at least one (1) full closed management year,
- Be substantially active (Main Activity Code or Highest Revenue Activity Code) in one (1) eligible Activity Code included in Annex III ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (Activity Codes),
- Have the eligible investment KAU(s) of Annex III - ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (KAU),
- Have at least two (2) PTE of paid employment in the calendar year preceding the submission of the funding application.

The starting date for the eligibility of expenditure is the date of the online submission of the application for funding.
Maximum duration of completion of the physical and financial object: Twenty-four (24) months from the date of adoption of the decision of inclusion.
Application Procedure
The funding application must be submitted by the potential beneficiaries electronically through the Integrated Information System for the Management of State Aid ( OPSKE ), using the standard OPSKE Funding Application Form (Indicative Funding Application Form in Annex II).
Please note that it is only allowed to apply for funding in one of the Actions
- Action 1: Green Transformation of SMEs and
- Action 2: Green Productive Investment for SMEs
Beneficiaries who have already applied for funding under Action 1 - Green Transformation of SMEs or whose application has already been approved are not eligible to apply under this Action. Beneficiaries acquire the right to apply for funding under this action only if their application under the other action is rejected or voluntarily withdrawn and they have not lodged an objection or have already voluntarily withdrawn their objection.
Each funding application submitted is evaluated in order of priority, according to the date and time of electronic submission (finalisation) in the OPSKE.
The Call for Action will remain open until the available budget per Region Category is exhausted. Provided that Regulation 1407/2013 remains in force, increased by 20% per region category.
