The action "Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Tourism SMEs" concerns the strengthening of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, through the creation of new micro, small and medium-sized tourism enterprises in selected SMRs of activity.

A. Businesses that will be established from the date of issue of the Action notice and will have the SMR of the investment before the first disbursement of the grant.

B. Businesses (Tourist Accommodation) that have been established and for which until the date of issue of the notice of the Action apply cumulatively:

• Have acquired at least one of the eligible SMRs 55 and/or SMRs: 41.20.20.01 or 41.20.20.02
• The VAT number of the company has not developed any economic activity since its establishment (zero turnover)
• No license (mark) for the operation of the tourist accommodation has been notified or issued
• They have a building permit for the specific tourist accommodation
