Ανακοινώθηκε η Απόφαση της οριζόντιας παράτασης για τους δικαιούχους για τις 12 Δράσεις ενίσχυσης του ΕΠΑνΕΚ, σε σχέση με την προσκόμιση άδειας λειτουργίας εν ισχύ ή απαλλακτικού εντός εξαμήνου από την ημερομηνία ολοκλήρωσης του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου του έργου.

Projects can now be received by the Intermediate Body after the preparation of the final verification - certification report without the presentation of an operating license.

It is noted that at the stage of final certification and for the receipt of each project, the obligation to present, as a minimum, the application submitted to the competent body for the issue of the operating licence remains in force. In any case the beneficiary business of each transaction must submit an operating license or document documenting its legal operation no later than 30-9-2024.
