On New Year's Day, the information system of the PS ERGANI opened for the submission of applications for membership in the "First Stamp" programme. Also for the 100,000 new jobs programme which is extended by 50,000 positions.

At the same time, the deadline for submitting declarations begins:

• for the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism for January 2022 (Phase A),
• for December 2021 (Phase B),
• for January suspensions,
• the unilateral statements of the artists for the same month
• on the suspensions of employment contracts of employees in businesses in the fire-stricken areas of Northern Evia

More specifically:

Α. Deadlines for the submission of declarations for the COOPERATION mechanism for the month of January 2022 – Phase A in the ERGANI MAINTENANCE

To businesses that want to join the "SYN-ERGASIA" Mechanism for January 2022 it is possible to submit statements "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "COOPERATION" (A ́- PHASE)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (A ́ - PHASE) - CORRECT REPETITION" provided that any change in or change in the organisation of working time is notified in advance; through form E4: Establishment Plan – Supplementary Working Hours of the employees included in the MECHANISM, during the period 1-31 January 2022. Also, it is possible to process the CORRECT REPETITIONS of the applications / declarations of inclusion in the Mechanism – PHASE A throughout the above deadline.

Β. Deadlines for the submission of declarations for the COOPERATION mechanism for the month of December 2021 – Phase B

For the month of DECEMBER 2021 – PHASE B OF SYN-ERGASIA, it is possible to submit the statements "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (PHASE B)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (PHASE B) – CORRECT REPETITION", from 1 ^to 12 January 2022.

Γ. Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees in the ERGANI system by businesses in which a music ban is imposed and whose operation is restricted until 12:00 a.m. during the month of January 2022

The ERGANI system is available from 1/1/2022 to 31/1/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspensions of employment contracts of part or all of their employees, who have been recruited up to and including ³⁰ December 2021, for the month of January 2022, from private sector employers (as defined by the Ministry of Finance in the EIA no.109412/31-12-2021) which have been subject to a music ban and whose head office or branches have been restricted until midnight by order of a public authority.

The suspension of employees' employment contracts for January 2022 is necessarily announced, at least the day before the suspension begins.

Especially, for employment contracts of employees that are suspended from January 1, 2022 until January 10, 2022, the solemn declarations of businesses - employers can be submitted from 1/1/2022 until 10/1/2022.

D. Submission of artists' declarations for the month of January 2022

Given the possibility for those registered on the dedicated platform to: artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr at PES ERGANI of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs until 10/1/2021, Artists-Professionals of art and culture, in specific specialties as defined in No. 109435/31-12-2021 JMD, who are beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation to make unilateral solemn declarations for the month of January 2022, from 1/1/2022 until 31/1/2022.

Ε. Submission of applications for membership of the First Signpost open programme

The ERGANI system will be available from 1/1/2022 for the submission of applications for businesses wishing to join the new Open Programme "First Sign". In case businesses wish to integrate beneficiaries at the same time the Open Program "First Stamp" and the Open Program of 150,000 (extension of 100,000) new jobs submit for each young person beneficiary online application on a special form entitled "Application - Responsible Declaration of a company - employer for parallel membership in the Open Programme PROTEST INSHIMO and the Open Programme for New Subsidised Jobs of article 28 of Law No. 4726/2020 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs", at PS ERGANI.

West Open programme of 100,000 new subsidised jobs

The ERGANI PSP will be available from 1/1/2022 for the submission of applications -declarations of businesses wishing to join the Open Program of New Subsidized Jobs of article 28 of the law. 4726/2020, whose new jobs are increased by 50,000 as of 1/1/2022.

Ζ. Submission of declarations to the ERGANI system for the suspension of employment contracts of workers from enterprises in areas of Evia affected by the fires

The ERGANI system will be available from 1/1/2022 until 31/1/2022 for the submission of statements of suspensions of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month of January 2022, by employers' enterprises, based on CAR, based or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and belonging to in the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia - Edipsos and Mantoudi - Lake of Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia, in accordance with the provisions of No. 60622/17-8-2021 JMD, as in force.

In the suspension declaration form they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE "Businesses affected by the fires of August 2021 based on Nace Code".
