From Monday, June 27, 2022 until Wednesday, June 29, 2022, the ERGANI CP will be available for businesses:

• Theatres
• music scenes
• dance theatres
• concert venues and performance venues
• cinemas and film distributors

It concerns businesses that have already submitted applications for inclusion in the financial support of cultural enterprises for the year 2021.

Σύμφωνα με την no. 107422/24-12-2021 κοινή υπουργική απόφαση: Ενίσχυση επιχειρήσεων θεάτρων, μουσικών σκηνών, χοροθεάτρων, συναυλιακών χώρων, χώρων παραστάσεων και επιχειρήσεων κινηματογράφων και διανομέων κινηματογραφικών ταινιών, στο πλαίσιο αντιμετώπισης των συνεπειών του CΟVID– 19, για το έτος 2021 [(Β΄6231)., όπως τροποποιήθηκε με την no. 21534/4-3-2022 (Β΄1013) όμοιά της], μπορούν να κατατεθούν αιτήσεις οι οποίες έχουν απορριφθεί. This is in order, if they wish, to proceed to a correct repetition of their application / solemn declaration. The reasons for rejecting their original declaration will be taken into account.

It is also possible to correctly repeat applications that are in a "Submitted" status.

Στην ορθή επανάληψη της αίτησης/υπεύθυνης δήλωσης στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, επισυνάπτονται εκ νέου όλα τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά. Σημειώνεται ότι οι επιχειρήσεις που αιτούνται να λάβουν την οικονομική ενίσχυση βάσει του Προσωρινού Πλαισίου, υποβάλλουν επικαιροποιημένο ενιαίο πιστοποιητικό δικαστικής φερεγγυότητας. In case the non-submission of a supplementary application/solemn declaration is mentioned as the reason for rejection (regarding the affiliation framework), businesses can submit the special form "Application/ declaration of inclusion of a business in the Temporary Framework or in the Kan. (EU)1407/2013 (De minimis)' within the aforementioned period, in order to examine their inclusion in their financial support. In addition, the above companies may proceed to a correct repetition of their applications, according to the above, in case they wish to correct any of their data.

In any case, the present second and last chance of correct repetitions is given only and exclusively to those who have already submitted applications for inclusion in the financial support. Please note that any new applications are excluded.
