According to the summary report of the Operational Programme, Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, under the NSRF 2014/20 for the year 2022, the actions of EPANEK exceeded their budget.

The summary report of the Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Operational Programme under the NSRF 2014/20 for the year 2022, which aims to inform citizens about the progress of its implementation, has been posted on the NSRF website.

The purpose is, through the summary report, to inform the interested parties about the the number of projects and the financial figures of the investments made from the ERDF, both in terms of strengthening small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, and as regards the financing of key public works that upgrade the business environment of our country. The reference to the projects that have supported Greek entrepreneurship during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic is also important.

The EPANEK picture

By 4 July 2023 the following activation picture is recorded:

• Invitations: 181 active calls have been issued with a total budget (public expenditure) 11.97 billion. euros representing 144% of the total Programme budget (€8.298 billion after the inclusion in December of REACT-EU funds for 2022)
• Entries: A total of 37,704 projects have been included, with a total budget (public expenditure) 11.96 billion. euros corresponding to 144% of the total budget of the Programme.
