DYPA: Until the end of the year, applications for the training and employment program for unemployed 25-45 year olds with a grant of up to 100%

The submission of electronic applications from enterprises for the innovative program of <a href="https://www.dypa.gov.gr/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer" ends on December 31, 2024 noopener”>Public Employment Service (DYPA) which combines subsidized training and employment for unemployed aged 25-45.

Businesses that hire unemployed people aged 25-30 in new jobs through the action will receive for 6 months a grant of 100% of salary and contributions (1,022 euros monthly, 6,132 euros in total) and 80% for hiring unemployed people aged 31-45 (818 euros monthly, 4,906 euros in total).

After submitting the application, DYPA employment advisors will indicate to the company candidates with the required qualifications stated by the company.

Then, the business will pre-select the beneficiary, who will attend an 80-hour fast-paced distance training program in green or digital skills of his choice and will receive a 400 euro training allowance after certification. After completion of the training, the company will proceed to recruit the unemployed for 6 months.

The total budget of the employment program amounts to 41,331,600 euros and is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
