Yesterday, the Development Law 4399/2016, with a total budget of 500 million euros, was published in the Official Gazette. which have been signed by the Deputy Minister for Development and Investment , κ. Nikos Papathanasis.

The aid schemes are: the General Entrepreneurship scheme, with a budget of €350 million. and Entrepreneurship of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, with a budget of €150 million. euro.
Beneficiaries - Eligible activities
- Hotels and camping of at least 3 star category
- Health tourism and medical tourism
- Manufacturing / Industry
- Agri-Nutrition
- Energy
- Supply Chain/Logistics
- Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
Eligible subject of investment plan – Nature of initial investment
- Create a new unit
- Capacity expansion of an existing unit
- Diversification of a unit's output into products or services that have never been produced in it
- Fundamental change of the entire production process
- Acquisition of assets of a unit that has ceased operations
The application period for both schemes started on Tuesday 1 September 2020 and will run until 30 October 2020.

General Entrepreneurship - Development Law 4399/2016
The total budget of the current scheme amounts to 350 million euros, of which 140 milliion euros come from the Public Investment Budget and concern grants, leasing subsidies and subsidies for the cost of the employment created and the 210 million euros concern tax exemptions.
It is addressed to businesses that are established or have a branch in Greek territory in the form of a sole proprietorship, commercial company, cooperative, Co.S.E.P., Agricultural Cooperative, Group of Producers or Agricultural Partnerships.
Minimum amount of investment projects
The eligible amount of investment for the inclusion of investment projects in this aid scheme is defined based on the size of the organization, namely:
a. for large companies, greater than 500,000 euros,
b. for medium-sized enterprises and cooperatives greater than 250,000 euros,
c. for small businesses, greater than 150,000 euros,
d. for very small businesses, greater than 100,000 euros.

The total budget of the current scheme amounts to 150 million euros, of which 140 milliion euros come from the Public Investment Budget and concern grants, leasing subsidies and subsidies for the cost of the employment created, and 10 million euros concern tax exemptions.
Minimum amount of investment projects
The eligible amount of investment for the inclusion of investment projects in this aid scheme is defined based on the size of the organization, namely:
a. for small businesses, greater than 150,000 euros,
b. for very small businesses, greater than 100,000 euros.
