The 1st Decision on the inclusion of State Aid Actions in the framework of the Call for Action was announced: Upgrading of micro & small enterprises for the development of their capacities in new markets.

The Action has been announced in the framework of the Operational Program EPANEK 2014 - 2020.

It concerns the inclusion of Operations of total Public Expenditure of € 38,202,703.48 and the distribution of Public Expenditure per Operational Program and Priority Axis.

The special conditions deriving from the aid regime as well as the obligations arising from the ESIF Regulations bind each beneficiary and are described in the Detailed Call for Action, as applicable.

Beneficiaries have the possibility to appeal against the decision within 20 calendar days from the day following its adoption.
