Decision on the inclusion of Beneficiaries under the Action: e-liviculture (B cycle)

The Decision of Inclusion of Beneficiaries under the Action:e-retail - Subsidy for existing SMEs inthe retail sector, for the development/upgrade and management of an e-store" (B cycle) of EPANEK, regarding the inclusion of one thousand one (1,001) beneficiaries, with a total public expenditure of 4,751,684.30 euros.

The details of all the Operations included by Priority Axis/Category of Regions are included in the attached Appendix.

The beneficiaries are obliged to comply with the special conditions deriving from the aid regime as well as the obligations arising from the ESET Regulations and described in the Detailed Call for the Action, as applicable.

Beneficiaries have the option of submitting an electronic objection against the decision in question, through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive period of ten (10) calendar daysn from the day after the issuance of this decision, in accordance with Chapter 11.4 "OBJECTION PROCEDURE" of the Detailed Call for Action, as amended and valid.

Budget of the e-Retail Action

8 million euros for all regions of the country. The Action is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national resources.

Subsidy of Action e-Retail

Up to 5,000 euros to each business with a separate VAT number for the acquisition of IT equipment and the implementation of intangible actions (software/services) for the purpose of developing and managing an online store.

Up to 1,500 euros for upgrading an online store, as long as the company already had it before 18/3/2020.

Eligible expenditure

IT equipment (only for new online stores)

  • Servers / servers for hosting applications - software required for the creation and operation of an online store, with its accompanying elements (keyboards, screen, etc.) and the required operating system. Acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is also permitted. In the case of acquisition in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), the cost for one year is eligible.
  • Desktop/Laptop.
  • Other technological equipment related to the creation/upgrade and operation of an online store (e.g. Network equipment, Bar code readers, printers, etc.). The cost of supplying tablets, mobile phones and televisions is not eligible.

For IT equipment the maximum eligible percentage of the subsidized budget of the project is 30%.

Software

  • E-shop design, development and management services - will operate in 2 languages, as well as in a mobile responsive or dedicated mobile version and will incorporate ordering (basket), warehouse (quantity of items) and secure electronic payments (redirect in a banking environment).
  • Eligible expenditure is also the purchase of software in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) as long as it is necessary for the operation of the e-shop. In the case of acquisition in the form of Software as a Service (SAAS), the cost for one year is eligible.
  • Development and/or certification of a digital security policy.

For the software the maximum eligible percentage of the subsidized budget of the project is 100%.

In the case of an upgrade of an existing online store, the costs of supplying equipment are not eligible.
