CYPA: 85 young people will receive €14,800 for their own business

The tables with the results of the evaluation of the objections for the Programme of grants for business initiatives for the employment of young freelancers aged 18 to 29 years old with an emphasis on the digital economy - Cycle 3- have been posted on the website of the Public Employment Service.

The aim of the action is to promoting self-employment of unemployed young people aged 18 to 29 , through the creation of sustainable businesses, with a focus on the digital economy.

Three instalments of the ERDF programme

The amount of aid is €14,800 and will be paid in three instalments:

  • 1st installment of 4,000 euros, after the start of activity at the Tax Office
  • 2nd instalment of EUR 5,400, after the end of the first semester
  • 3rd instalment of EUR 5,400, after the end of the second semester

The project, with a total budget of €45.000.000, is co-funded by the Greek State and the European Social Fund /Youth Employment Initiative, in the framework of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014 - 2020" and lasts for 12 months.
