COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS: New round of free digital skills training for businesses
The free training program of digital skills for businesses COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS – Certification Program begins with a new course. The program is implemented for the second consecutive year and is aimed at all Greek small and medium-sized businesses businesses, their employees and freelancers who wish to be educated on digital tools and services, which contribute to their extroversion, competitiveness and development. In addition, it contributes significantly to the implementation of sustainable practices in businesses. Participants have the opportunity to obtain a training certificate from the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning(KEDIVIM) of Athens University of Economics.
What is the program
The program returns renewed with new courses and a new structure after the great success of the first cycle, which was attended by over 1,500 professionals from various industries and cities throughout Greece. In total, after an online evaluation test, over 8,000 certificates of attendance of individual courseswith the stamp of the Athens University of Economics and Business and 400 training certificates were given for those who successfully completed all the courses of the first cycle. Greater interest was shown by businesses active in trade, focus and tourism, while the participation from the construction sector and the area of health.
The GROW YOUR BUSINESS – Certification Program was designed by the Electronic Commerce Laboratory (ELTRUN) of the Athens University of Economics and Business in collaboration with COSMOTE. The courses are held exclusively online. The program consists of 10 thematic units, which add up to a total of 109 teaching hours from reputable university professors and focus on digital skills in various areas of business operation. In detail, the thematic sections include:

- Development of eCommerce Plan
- Logistics
- Pricing & ERP
- Digital Marketing Plan Design
- Usability & Content Marketing
- Search Engines
- Social Media
- Email Marketing & CRM
- Analytics, IoT & AI
- while a section was added on the importance of ESG criteria in evaluating a company’s performance
The first module of the program starts on October 16, while the program ends in April 2024 with the last thematic module. Participants can enroll in the courses they are interested in and receive a certificate of attendance after the relevant online assessment test, while those who attend all the modules will receive a training certificate from KEVIDIM of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
