Start of submissions

Commencement of submissions in the 2nd cycle of the Development Law 4399/2016. Specifically, the 2nd notice of the aid scheme General Entrepreneurship of the Development Law 4399/2016 was published in the Official Gazette [4445Β’/2017] and from 15 December 2017 the submission of applications for inclusion in the Development Law, in the context of the 2nd cycle of the scheme, has started.

The activation of the remaining schemes, "New Independent SMEs", "Mechanical Equipment Aid" and "Major Investments", is expected immediately.

Especially for the investment plans of the primary agricultural production sector as defined in the joint ministerial decision 129229 / 24-11-2017 (B'4122) the starting date for the submission of applications for the inclusion of investment plans is Wednesday 10-1-2018.

It is important to note that in relation to the 1st round of submissions, the two phases of submission of applications for the inclusion of investment projects are merged. In particular, the submission of the application for inclusion and the submission of the relevant electronic documentation will take place in a single step (application and relevant documentation file).

The 2nd cycle of submissions is in the same context as the 1st Cycle, from which remarkable conclusions have been drawn. An important difference compared to the 1st cycle is that the application is now made in one phase, where all the data are submitted.

Important advantages of the Development Law are also the ability to apply at regular intervals within the year as well as the inclusion of many different sectors and activities under its auspices.
