Hotels

NSRF — Hotels Subsidies are available for:

• Hotels with at least 10 beds, rated 3 stars and above
• Hotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings as provided under Presidential Decree 33/1979

Eligible businesses include:

• Existing enterprises
• New enterprises
• Enterprises under establishment

Development Law — Hotels Investment plans eligible for aid include:

• Establishment or expansion of hotel units rated at least 3 stars
• Comprehensive modernisation of hotel units rated or upgraded to at least 3 stars, following a five-year period from the start of operations
• Expansion and comprehensive modernisation of hotel units that have ceased operations, provided no change of use has occurred and the works bring the property up to at least 3 stars
• Establishment and comprehensive modernisation of hotel units within characterised traditional or listed buildings, rated or upgraded to at least 2 stars
