NSRF Subsidy for Tourist Furnished Residences Tourist furnished residences are defined as individual or grouped detached houses, each with a minimum floor area of 40 sq.m., with independent operation and a separate external entrance. Subsidies are available for businesses with at least 3 tourist furnished residences. Eligible businesses include:

• Existing enterprises
• New enterprises
• Enterprises under establishment
