Starting today, Tuesday, September 7, at 11:00, the online applications of the unemployed for the second cycle of the program of OAED that will enable 4,300 young unemployed to gain valuable professional experience in digital marketing. The deadline for the submission of electronic applications of the unemployed will expire on September 21 at 23:59.
The work experience will last 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for 6 months and the OAED will pay the trainees 550 euros monthly net compensation (25 euros per day for 22 days of work experience).
To whom the digital marketing program is addressed
The action is addressed to registered unemployed persons up to the age of 29 who have completed a training program in digital marketing of at least 50 hours and to private companies operating in sectors (main or secondary) of economic activity with relevance in digital marketing or have marketing departments.
In the near future, the starting date for the submission of electronic applications of businesses will be announced. Businesses interested in participating are included in the program, depending on their staff, as follows:

Conditions
A prerequisite for the inclusion of an employer in the program is that he has not reduced his staff during the month before the date of submission of the application.
The action includes companies that are active in sectors (main or secondary) with relevance in digital marketing or have marketing departments, as well as in businesses where the owner or an employee is engaged in digital marketing (creation and sharing of digital content, strategies to improve the position of a website in search engine results, design and implementation of a marketing strategy on the internet and social media, ways to use mobile technologies and devices, experience in the business model of e-commerce) for at least one year.
Budget
The program, whose budget amounts to 16,500,000 euros, is co-funded by Greece and the European Union through the OP. "Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020" with funding from the Youth Employment Initiative (YEI).
