On 20/11/2017, the Call for applications for funding investment projects under the Action: we are doing business abroad - Support for the international promotion of SMEs with outward orientation of the Operational Programme "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK)", NSRF 2014 - 2020, was posted online on 20/11/2017.

The action aims to enhance the extroversion of Greek manufacturing companies through their participation in international exhibitions.

Beneficiaries

Micro, small and medium-sized Greek manufacturing enterprises that are already developing export activity.

Subsidised Expenditure of the OPERATE OUT

Participation in trade fairs outside the Greek Territory, with the following eligible costs:

• Cost of participation and cost of registration/registration in the exhibition catalogue
• Travel and accommodation expenses of up to four (4) representatives of the company who will participate in each trade fair, such as air tickets and individual travel to and from the exhibition area
• Residence in the country where the exhibition takes place
• Pavilion rent, construction/configuration costs and equipment rental (e.g. audiovisual equipment)
• Shipping and return costs of the exhibits, including the cost of their insurance
• Fees of specialized external collaborators necessary for the management/operation of the booth (e.g. interpreter, kiosk keeper, etc.)
• Cost of designing and translating brochure(s)

The aid rate is 50% and projects for participation in exhibitions of up to 100,000 euros are funded.

Applications open from 08/01/18

Attention: The call must remain open until the budget is exhausted and at the latest until the completion of 18 months from the date of commencement of submissions.
