The Action ANASA II aims to ensure that sufficient liquidity remains available on the market, to address the lack of liquidity faced by businesses as a result of the pandemic, for ensure that shocks caused by the crisis do not undermine the viability of businesses and therefore the continuity of economic activity can be maintained during and after the outbreak of the crisis.
Public funding covers Working Capital up to 100% of the company's expenses in 2020. A minimum grant amount has been set at €2,000 and a maximum of €7,000. In particular, the amount of a public grant is defined as follows:
- For Start-ups, which are those that have been established and have acquired an eligible ID between 1/1/2020 and 31/12/2020, the amount is set at EUR 2,000 regardless of the amount of their expenses in 2020, and the reduction in their turnover is taken equal to 100%.
- For Existing businesses , which are those that have been established and have acquired an eligible ID by 31/12/2019 and have a reduction of at least 20% in their turnover in 2020 compared to 2019, or if they were activated after the 1st quarter of 2019 (from 1/4/2019 onwards) have a reduction of at least 20% as a minimum. for the quarters in 2020 compared to the corresponding quarters of operation in 2019, the amount is defined as follows:

Provided that the amount of public aid for working capital under this ANASA II Action, does not exceed 100 % of the company's costs in Thessaly in 2020. If the amount of the company's expenses in 2020 is less than the above projected amount to be subsidized, the amount entitled to receive is up to 100 % of the company's expenses in 2020 and with a minimum amount of 2,000 euros.
The amounts on which the exact grant amount will be calculated are derived from the sum of the declared amounts of the fields of the E3 form for tax year 2020: 102, 202, 181, 281, 481, 185, 285, 485 and as included in the Detailed Call of the Action.
Who it is aimed at ANASA II
Small and micro enterprises, which:
- legally operate in Thessaly (head office or branch) when submitting the application for participation in this action and have started no later than 31/12/2020
- have a main activity Nace Code or an activity Nace Code with the highest revenues that is included in the eligible Nace Codes of Annex I of the Detailed Call for Action
- did not join the previous Call of the OP of Thessaly with SAA: ΨΒ9Π7ΛΡ-ΒΛO for working capital support due to COVID-19 (ANASA I) or if they joined they do not have an approved Verification - Certification Report leading to payment
- have a decrease in turnover
- and meet all the conditions as set out in the Detailed Call for Action which is an integral part of this Decision
Submission period for the action
The submission period is from 30/3/2022 to 29/4/2022 (at 15:00).
The application for funding is submitted electronically through the State Aid Information System (SAIS), provided by the Ministry of Development and Investment at: www.ependyseis.gr/mis with the indication: 'Support for small and micro enterprises affected by Covid-19 in Thessaly - ANASA II'. The beneficiary shall submit the application for funding, upon submission of which it shall cumulatively be obliged to:
- fill in the State Aid Information System with the relevant fields of the submission form as shown in ANNEX III: INDICATIVE SUBMISSION FORM.
- attach to the Stade Aid Information System the supporting documents provided for IN ANNEX II: PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS ATTACHED ELECTRONICALLY
- finalise the application to make it available for processing at a later stage

Of these, €3,500,000 relates to approved Sustainable Urban Development Strategies (SDGs), as follows:
- Municipality of Volos "Operational Planning of the Municipality of Volos for Sustainable Urban Development (BAA)", with Public Expenditure of 1,500,000 euros
- Municipality of Karditsa "Karditsa, city to live", with Public Expenditure of 1,000,000 euros
- Municipality of Trikala "Trikala: An open model city on the banks of Litheos", with Public Expenditure of 1,000,000 euros
