Alpha Bank, under an agreement with Hellenic Development Bank - HDB, participates in the Innovation Guarantee Fund Programme. It thus provides resources and expertise to Smalland Medium Enterprises. At the same time, it finances investment projects involving innovative actions.

Through the "Innovation Guarantee Fund", Alpha Bank finances on favorable terms eligible Small and Medium Enterprises, which plan to invest in the creation of innovative products and services. Interested companies should document their innovative nature through their business plan.

The new Programme financing to be concluded and granted until 31.12.2025 will be guaranteed by the Innovation Guarantee Fund at a rate of 80% and have the following characteristics:

• financing investment projects that promote Research and Innovation
• financing amount from Euro 25,000 up to Euro 400,000
• possibility of a grant of up to 20% of the granted capital, based on the achievement of innovation criteria and ESG criteria (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)
• favorable financing rate, due to the guarantee of the "Innovation Guarantee Fund"
• maximum duration of financing up to 10 years, with the possibility of a grace period of 1 to 3 years
• the maximum of the collateral required does not exceed 20% of the financing amount
