The The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI ), in the framework of the Operational Programme "Attica", has undertaken as Beneficiary the implementation of the Act: Strengthening the adaptability of employees in the new development model of the Region of Attica - EBEA. The Act is funded by the European Union (European Social Fund) and from national resources through the MFF.
The object of the Act concerns personalised counselling, training and knowledge certificationservices, to be provided to 1500 employees with dependent employment contracts in the private sector, in all sectors of the economy. of the Region of Attica.
The main objective of the action is for the beneficiaries (employees) to upgrade their knowledge and cultivate their skills that are considered necessary for their adaptation:
- in the priority areas of the Regional Smart Specialization Strategy (P.S.E.E.)
- changes in the local labour market (technological, environmental)
- in the new development environment of the Region of Attica
Beneficiaries of the Act are 1,500 employees (with an employment relationship) in enterprises of the Region of Attica, the Private Sector (regardless of employment sector) or seasonal employees. Beneficiaries not included:
a) public sector workers
(b) self-employed
c) unemployed
The duration of the Training is 80 hours.
The implementation of the Act will cover the Region of Attica.
The beneficiary employees of the Act, if they complete all the Counseling, Training and Certification actions of the project (individual sessions, training, certification exams) receive an educational allowance of five euros (€ 5.00) gross per hour of training. Legal deductions are deducted from this amount. Total Value of Educational Allowance: 80 Hours of Training x 5,00 € = 400,00 €
