AADE: Digital from 2/8 all registry certificates for natural persons and businesses via myAADE
The possibilities of the digital issuance of registry certificates are expanded by adding the issuance of a history of registry data changes citizens and businesses, according to decision A. 1119/2024 of the commander of Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), George Splash.
In particular, taxpayers can from 2/8 issue digitally, in addition to the Registry information confirmations that reflect their current image, and the certifications that contain the history of changes to their information, aggregated or by topic.
The access to the service is through the digital portal of AADE myAADE (myaade.gov.gr), with use of TAXISnet personal codes, on the route Registry & Contact > Registration Confirmations, where the following options are available:
- Current Image of a Natural Person
- History of Natural Person Changes
- Current Image of Non-Natural Person/Business
- History of Changes of Non-Natural Person/Business
The new functionalities offer citizens and businesses direct access to their tax information at any time, without having to contact the AADE services to request their reprint.
It is noted that in the first half of 2024, over 11,000 non-digital reprint Certificates of Registry were issued.
The Certificates of Current Image and History of Changes are now issued exclusively digitally, they bear a digital stamp and a quick response code (Quick Response Code – QR CODE) for their verification by the information systems of AADE and are mandatorily accepted for any legal use.
