AADE: New e-tools – How ELEGXOSLive will work
New electronic tools are expected to be used by the Independent Public Revenue Authority. Culminating in the program, CONTROLLive, η AADE from next month (May) will give the possibility to tax inspectors to carry out on-the-spot checks with tablets, have access to the profile of the professional or business, carry out on-the-spot and rapid data cross-checks and issue an on-the-spot note with the results of the check.
According to the Operational Plan of the Hellenic Public Revenue Service, the actions for this year are as follows:
- Electronic Submission of Goods Movement Documents (Dispatch Notes)
- Identification of undeclared income from short-term leases of natural persons
- Acceptance of foreign cards for payments of tax and customs obligations
- Application of mobile devices for license plate scanning and immobilization control
- Identification of surnames with Greek Police file
- Automation of the issuance of penalty acts for the submission of declarations
- Automatic update of the Taxpayers’ Register base through the Interface with the General Commercial Register (GEMI) – Anonymous Companies
- Choice of VAT code when starting or changing a business
- Registry certificates with QR Code integration
- Digitisation of the procedure for granting traffic tax exemptions to disabled people
- Extension of digital submission of real estate transfer tax returns for amending returns and other cases of initial returns (transfer in execution of a pre-contract)
- Development of an electronic application for ENFIA certificates issued by manual procedure (ENFIA certificates after audit)
- Property Ownership and Management Registry (PIM) – Interface with the Land Registry.
- Extension of the application for digital submission of inheritance tax returns for years prior to 2022
- Installation of an input-output system in the Waterborne Supply – Transport of marine fuel
