AADE: The submission of tax returns for businesses is postponed to 7/26
The deadline for submitting tax returns of legal entities has been postponed to 26/7/2024, as announced by AADE.
By the decision of the governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, the deadline for submitting tax returns for legal entities is postponed, so that it coincides with the deadline for the declarations of natural persons.
There are now 43 days left for the timely submission of tax returns.
This year, submission of declarations started on 1/5/2024, earlier than any other year, and by June 12 only 54,344 declarations had been submitted.
It should be noted that last year 308,752 tax returns of legal entities were submitted on time.

It should be noted that due to the postponement of the deadline for submitting the income tax return of legal persons and legal entities, natural persons who participate in legal persons and legal entities that keep aplographic books, can submit their income tax return until August 16, 2024.
It is reminded that the payment of income tax:
- legal persons and legal entities is carried out in eight (8) equal monthly installments, of which the first is paid by 31/7 and the following by the last working day of each month
- of natural persons participating in legal persons and legal entities with aplographic books, is carried out in six (6) equal monthly installments, of which the first is paid until 30/9 and the following until the last working day of each month
