Tourism and energy are arousing the interest of Chinese investors, as expressed through the mouth of Yu Zhayun, the head of Chinese businessmen who met with the Deputy Minister of Interior, Leonidas Grigorakos.
In fact, the entrepreneurs asked for clarifications on the procedure that allows the purchase of a property to obtain a residence permit in Greece.
Clarifications targeted by Chinese investors
Any investment that helps speed up the exit from the crisis is welcome, mr. Grigorakos.

Provided that the shares or corporate shares of the legal person are wholly owned by the natural person applying for a residence permit. It is also possible to co-own a property, worth € 250,000. If the owners of the property are spouses who own the property indivisible. In any other case of co-ownership, the right of residence is granted only if the percentage of co-ownership of each co-owner is worth 250,000 Euros.
