Η Γενική Διεύθυνση Περιφερειακής Αγροτικής Οικονομίας και Κτηνιατρικής της Περιφέρειας Αττικής ενημερώνει όλους τους ενδιαφερόμενους ότι εκδόθηκε η προδημοσίευση του Υπομέτρου 6.1.:Εκκίνηση Επιχείρησης από Νέους Γεωργούς, του Προγράμματος Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης (ΠΑΑ) της Ελλάδας 2014-2020. The pre-publication is done at a suitable time to prepare in time those who are interested in joining it. The measure has been assigned to the 13 Regions of the Country. The announcement of the measure by the Region of Attica is scheduled to take place after the summer of 2016.

Τα χαρακτηριστικά της πρόσκλησης και του μέτρου, Εκκίνηση Επιχείρησης από Νέους Γεωργούς, είναι τα εξής:

The announcement of the measure is scheduled to be made per Region after the summer of 2016.

• Beneficiaries of the notice of the measure for the year 2016 are young farmers, under the age of 40, who have submitted an IACS declaration for at least the year 2016 and who are eligible to be registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings as new entrants to the agricultural sector professional farmers while committing to be insured with the OGA. In addition, applicants must have an agricultural holding with a minimum size of production capacity (expressed as standard yield) of €8,000.
• For the first time, legal persons which are predominantly owned by a young farmer are also eligible for aid (the young farmer holds at least 51% of the capital of the legal person).
• Applicants must submit a standard business plan for the development of their agricultural holding. The duration of the implementation of the business plan may not be less than 3 years and longer than 4.
• Upon completion of the business plan, the young farmer shall not enter into any further obligations.

The aid amount, which is not linked to specific costs, shall be as follows:

Basic aid amount of EUR 17 000 which may be increased cumulatively:

• by € 2,500 for animal production direction (in the future state) of the farm.
• by € 2,500 if the area of residence of young farmers is located in mountainous or less-favoured areas or on small islands (islands up to 3,000 inhabitants population) or a combination of these categories of areas

The amount of aid is therefore modulated, depending on the above combinations, from EUR 17 000 to EUR 22 000.

• The financial support shall be paid in at least two instalments and the first instalment, which shall be paid upon the inclusion of the young farmer in the measure, may not exceed 70% of the total aid.
• Το μέτρο θα είναι πλήρως μηχανογραφημένο καθώς θα υποστηριχτεί από το Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα μειωθεί σημαντικά ο χρόνος που απαιτείται ανάμεσα στην λήξη της προθεσμίας υποβολής και στην έγκριση – εκταμίευση του ποσού της πρώτης δόσης του δικαιούχου.

In the near future, crop lists will be posted in order to specify the description of the crop groups described in the table with the typical yields as well as the crops included in the categories "fruit and vegetables", "feed" and "climate-resilient crops", which are the priority areas of the national strategy.

The priority areas of the Attica region's strategy are the following:

• Horticulture, Floriculture
• Figs, Peanuts, Viticulture, Citrus fruits, Olives
• Poultry, sheep and goat farming
• Apiculture
• Mushrooms, Medicinal/Aromatic plants
