NSRF update for the first four programs was published
Για τα πρώτα τέσσερα προγράμματα επιχειρηματικότητας ΕΣΠΑ που προκηρύχθηκαν φέτος το ενδιαφέρον των υποψήφιων επενδυτών είναι πολύ μεγάλο.
However, any increases in funds made by the Ministry of Economy & Development are not enough, which is why many beneficiaries will not be subsidized. In addition to the high interest, the main reason that forced the Ministry to give successive extensions to the programs was the closed, until recently, Taxisnet for the submission of tax returns by businesses.
The data
Indicative of the need for liquidity is that the program that brought the "curtain" last May, entitled "Strengthening self-employment of higher education graduates", submitted a total of 16,193 investment projects totaling € 419 million. (€392 million public grant). At the same time, the budget stands at EUR 50 million. euro. Also, the funds allocated by the Ministry for the four entrepreneurship programs are EUR 322 million. euro.
The average business plan that has been submitted is set at 25,000 euros. Given this, an order of magnitude emerges of 2,000 projects that will eventually get the "green light" of accession. In other words, only 1 in 8 prospective investors.
For the other "closed" program (Start-up Entrepreneurship) 5,626 proposals were submitted amounting to € 340 million. (€318 million public grant) with funds available amounting to €72 million. euro.
As long as the maximum budget per proposal is EUR 60 000, the beneficiaries of funding may not exceed EUR 1 200. This means 1 in 5 prospective investors.
