The platform opens today for businesses and employers who wish to join the SYN-ERGASIA mechanism. This inclusion concerns September 2021 (Phase A).

Submission dates

Interested parties can submit their applications from today, September 1^st until September 30th, 2021.

In particular, within this deadline, it is possible to submit statements "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "COOPERATION" (A ́- PHASE)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (A ́ - PHASE) - CORRECT REPETITION". Any change in or change in the organisation of working time must be notified in advance. This is done through the form E4: Establishment Plan – Supplementary Working Hours of the employees who join the Mechanism.

It is possible to process the CORRECT REPETITIONS of phase A applications for membership throughout the above deadline.

Second Phase of the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism

In addition, for August 2021 (Second Phase of COOPERATION) it is possible to submit the statements "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "COOPERATION" (PHASE B)". The period for the submission of applications is set from ¹ to 10 September 2021.

For July 2021 (Phase B OF COOPERATION) it is possible to submit the statements "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (PHASE B)" and "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM "CO-OPERATION" (PHASE B) - CORRECT REPETITION". Interested parties can submit their applications from ¹ to 6 September 2021.

This inclusion concerns employees for whom a Phase B declaration has not been submitted. Also those who were excluded from phase B payments, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Labor.

It is noted that before submitting the form "APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE SCHEME (PHASE B) - RIGHT REPLY" for the employees who were excluded from the payments of Phase B, employers can search for the latest statement for PHASE B. employers can search for the latest statement for PHASE B.
