On Friday, December 31, 2021, the deadline for submitting online business applications for the 900 seats left of OAED program, work experience for seven months for unemployed 18-30 year olds with 100% subsidy of salary and insurance contributions in the Regions Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Northern Aegean, Thessaly and Central Greece. Specifically, 70% already covered out of a total of 3,000 advertised positions, giving young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience, upgrade their qualifications and prepare for inclusion in the labor market.
Beneficiaries are registered in the unemployment registers of the Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) of the PES located in the areas of responsibility of the above regions, aged 18-30, graduates of any educational level. The aim of the action is to strengthen the access of young people to the labor market and to stop the leakage of scientific workforce.
The program, with a budget of 20 million euros, lasts 7 months and the PES pays the beneficiaries a monthly compensation equal to the minimum net salary (with full insurance contributions), as well as a proportion of holiday gifts and leave allowance.
Companies are classified according to the number of their employees, as follows:

Regions for work experience business applications through OAED
The 3,000 pre-work positions of the program are distributed, per Region, as follows:
- Region of Central Greece: 500 places
- North Aegean Region: 500 places
- Region of Thessaly: 1,000 places
- Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace: 1,000 places
A necessary condition is that the company has not made a reduction in staff due to the termination of an employment contract in the 3 months prior to the submission of the application.

For the implementation of the program, an expenditure of approximately 20,000,000.00 euros is incurred, which is charged to the PES budget.
