Open until Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 23:59, it will be the platform where they can interested parties to submit online applications for participation in the new cloud services online training program for 1,000 unemployed. The action is implemented in the context ofof the cooperation between PES and Microsoft Hellas. It is a goal the upskilling of the workforce and reducing the digital divide in the labor market.
Specifically, the program Upgrading and certification of digital skills of unemployed people in Microsoft cloud services concerns the provision of training, with the possibility of obtaining certification, in one of the following high-demand subjects:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
The beneficiaries of the programme will be, 1,000 unemployed persons registered in the register of the Employment Agency, aged 18-45 years old, graduates of at least secondary education, with knowledge of the English language, according to the participation requirements of the Call for Expression of Interest, which is posted on the website of the OAED, at the address: www.oaed.gr.
The program is offered free of charge by Microsoft, as part of Corporate Social Responsibility and includes:
- Modern training
- asynchronous training through a training platform
- support through remote meetings with instructors to resolve questions
Those who complete the training and participate in the certification exam process will receive a Certificate of Attendance, while those who successfully complete the certification exam process will additionally receive a Microsoft Certification.
