The provisional lists of successful and successful candidates for the new public employment programme for the unemployed, which were posted on the website of the Public Employment Service (PES) (https://www.dypa.gov.gr/) on Maundy Thursday 21 April 2022 contained, due to a computer error of the contractor company, beneficiaries of previous community service programs (2017-2020) who applied while they were not eligible to participate, according to Public Call No2/2022 and no. 1.5613/14-12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette 5895/Β/16-12-2021), as amended and in force.
Yesterday, Tuesday, April 26, 2022, new, corrected provisional lists of successful, runners-up and excluded for the action were posted:
Promotion of employment through public benefit programmes, including training in Municipalities, Regions, Regional Social Welfare Centres (CSWCs)/associated bodies, Ministries and other agencies.
The action will create 25,000 full-time jobs. The Management of DYPA apologizes for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused by the computerized error.
The provisional ranking table of unemployed persons includes the beneficiaries who will work for a period of eight months full-time and with insurance in the Supervising Bodies and / or the Placement Services, as determined on the basis of the Public Call.

Ways to inform about the Community Service Program for 25,000 unemployed
Interested parties have the opportunity to be informed about their online application and credit award in the following ways:
- Through the electronic services (eServices IIS) of DYPA in the tab of their respective application or
- From the Provisional Unemployment Ranking Table with the protocol number of their application. In case of exclusion, for the reason they were excluded, from the Provisional List of Excluded.
Objections
Reasoned objections (with any supporting documents attached) may be submitted from Wednesday 27 April 2022 at 11:00 until Friday 29 April 2022 at 14:00. Objections must be submitted online only on the website: https://www.dypa.gov.gr/ . Interested parties can log in using their TAXISnet pass words or their ID codes of certified users of the DIFA.
In case of inability to attach the supporting documents to the electronic objection, the objectors submit the necessary supporting documents to the competent Employment Promotion Centre (FMC2)), until Friday, April 29, 2022 at 14:00, in order to be attached by the competent officials to their electronic complaint, accompanied by any notes from the relevant FMC2, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Public Call.
Objective of the action Community Employment Program for 25,000 unemployed
The aim of the action is strengthening of the employment of the unemployed with emphasis mainly on vulnerable groups of the population at high risk of exclusion (long-term unemployed, low-skilled unemployed) and required work in a "protected environment", in order to integrate into the labour market and avoid marginalisation, while maintaining their employability. At the same time, the program aims to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the unemployed through training of up to 150 hours in 11 thematic units that will lead to certification, which will enhance the labor integration of the unemployed.
Seat allocation
In total they will be employed in 170 different professional specialties:
- 11,801 unemployed in compulsory education (HR)
- 6.575 unemployed secondary education (CI)
- 3,114 unemployed in technological education (TE)
- 3,510 unemployed university education (PE)
The 25,000 places in the programme are distributed as follows:
- Municipalities: 20,397 places (81.6%) (the allocation took into account the increased needs of municipalities affected by last summer's devastating fires)
- Regions: 2,566 places (10.3%)
- Decentralised Administrations: 348 posts (1,4 %)
- Other Institutions: 1,689 posts (6,7%)
The action has A total budget of EUR 188.6 million euros and is funded by NSRF resources with € 132 million. euro and from the resources of PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (D.Y.P.A.) with €56.6 million euro.
