Completed the first InnoAgora Investing Day with presentations of Greek startups to investors, as part of the development of the digital community InnoAgora powered by HDB (Hellenic Development Bank), hosted on the internationally renowned platform EuroQuity of the French development bank Bpifrance.
Over 50 investment funds (mainly VentureCapital Funds and CorporateVCs) from European countries registered for the online event. Also Greek startups from the following sectors:
- ICT (Information and Communication Technology)
- Agrifood (Agri-food)
- MarTech (Marketing)
- EduTech (Education)
All together they had the opportunity to present their investment plans. The total amount of funding cycle they are looking for reaches 18 million euro in a funding cycle SeriesA. (first round of venture capital funding).
For the preparation of the companies that participated in the event, an online seminar on "fundraising & pitchingtips" was held on Tuesday, February 15th. It involved more than 70 startups.
Due to the great interest from Greek companies seeking funding, the "InnoAgora Investing Days" by the Hellenic Development Bank will be repeated virtually on 17 March and in person on 4 April 2022.

The free online interconnection platform InnoAgora powered by HDB offers significant opportunities for extroversion and networking to Greek businesses. At the same time, it enhances the country's innovation.
Through HDB's initiative, selected companies and institutions from Greece are given the opportunity to create an online profile, in order to:
- showcase their unique competitive elements
- reach out to potential investors and partners
In this direction, a series of similar events has been planned at regular intervals throughout the year that will be at the disposal of all its members.
