Ανακοινώθηκε η όγδοη (8η) τροποποίηση της Πρόσκλησης υποβολής αιτήσεων χρηματοδότησης επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων στη Δράση: Ενίσχυση της Ίδρυσης και Λειτουργίας Νέων Τουριστικών Μικρομεσαίων Επιχειρήσεων του Ε.Π. «Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ)», ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020.

Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Tourism SMEs - Reasons for the 8th amendment of the Call

• The required permits for the implementation of the expenses of the specific category of the Investment Plan are amended and required to have been issued up to the first (1st) disbursement of a public grant (excluding the advance payment). Failure to meet this condition may result in the withdrawal of investment projects and the initiation of the procedure for the interest-bearing return of any public funding paid, in accordance with the applicable – where applicable – Institutional Framework.
• The deadline for the completion of the funded investments is amended and cannot exceed thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue of the Integration Decision.
• The obligation to submit the first Verification – Certification Request is amended. A project at least equal to 25% of the approved subsidized budget of the investment must have been completed within the first twenty-four (24) months of its implementation. More specifically, twenty-four (24) months after the issuance of the integration decision, the company must have submitted in electronic and printed form a Request for Verification – Certification, which will be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents, for expenses amounting to at least 25% of the approved subsidized budget of the investment, if the date of completion of the financed investment exceeds the above-defined period of twenty-four (24) months. In integrated investments for which:
  • either the above request is not submitted within the time limit;
  • or on the basis of such a request submitted and after any outstanding issues and deficiencies have been covered, in accordance with the following paragraphs of this section, eligible costs are certified at a rate of less than 20% of their approved P / Y
  may, following a relevant recommendation by the NF, revoke the decision to include them in the Programme and initiate the procedure for the immediate reimbursement of any public funding paid in accordance with the applicable Institutional Framework.

In all other respects, the provisions of the decision A.P. 5732/713/A3/07.11.2017 (APA: ΩΞ16465ΧΙ8-O4Θ), as amended and in force, with its annexes as an integral part of it, apply.

An integral part of the decision is the attached Detailed Call of the Action and its Annexes where all amendments and additions have been incorporated.
