Announced the sixth (6th) amendment to the Call for Proposals υποβολής αιτήσεων χρηματοδότησης επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων στη Δράση: Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Tourism Small and Medium Enterprises of the E.P. "Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ)», ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020, σύμφωνα με την οποία, μεταξύ άλλων αλλαγών, αυξάνεται η χρηματοδότηση από τα Περιφερειακά Επιχειρησιακά Προγράμματα που συμμετέχουν, from EUR 100,000,000.00 to EUR 141,000,000.00.

Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Tourism SMEs - Reasons for the 6th amendment of the Call

1. Αύξηση της χρηματοδότησης από τα Περιφερειακά Επιχειρησιακά Προγράμματα με το συνολικό ποσό των 141.000.000,00 € (Δημόσια Δαπάνη) έναντι των 100.000.000,00 € που ίσχυε.   Πιο αναλυτικά το ποσό χρηματοδότησης κατανέμεται στις Περιφέρειες της χώρας ως εξής:
   • Western Macedonia 1.000.000,00€ (new funding)
   • East Macedonia & Thrace 25.000.000,00€ (extra 10.000.000,00€)
   • Central Macedonia 20.000.000,00€
   • Central Macedonia 20.000.000,00€
   • Western Greece 10.000.000,00€
   • Peloponnese 13.500.000,00€ (additional 6.500.000,00€)
   • North Aegean 17.000.000,00€ (additional 9.000.000,00€)
   • Crete 11.000.000,00€ (extra 6.000.000,00€)
   • Ionian Islands 6.500.000,00€ (additional 3.500.000,00€)
   • Attica 15.000.000,00€ (additional 5.000.000,00€)
   • Central Greece 2.000.000,00€
   • South Aegean 10.000.000,00€
2. Τροποποίηση Παραρτήματος ΙX «ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΑΒΟΛΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΙΧΟΡΗΓΗΣΗΣ»   Βάσει της τροποποίησης, για την καταβολή της επιχορήγησης απαιτούνται να υποβληθούν τα κάτωθι:
   • Statement of active activities (SMRs) of the company through the website gsis.gr (recent printout)
   • Current Articles of Association (Court of First Instance or GEMI depending on the time period)
   • General Certificate on amendments to the articles of association of the company by GEMI
   • Certificate of valid representation by GEMI
   • Proof of tax clearance and Proof of insurance clearance or Certificate of withholding (refund) of taxes and insurance contributions
   • Certificates issued last six months, non-bankruptcy and non-filing of a bankruptcy application by the Court of First Instance, non-liquidation and non-placement in receivership by GEMI
   • Agreement for the assignment of a grant against a loan and a certificate of disbursement thereof, if an assignment has been made
   • Solemn Declaration of a legal representative with a genuine signature stating that the grant has not been assigned, as long as no assignment has been made
   • Solemn declaration of a legal representative with a genuine signature stating that the sanctions referred to in paragraph 1 of article 40 of the Law have not been submitted against the company. 4488/2017 (Α137/13.09.2017)

In all other respects, the provisions of the decision A.P. 5732/713/A3/07.11.2017 (APA: ΩΞ16465ΧΙ8-O4Θ), as amended and in force, with its annexes as an integral part of it, apply.

An integral part of the decision is the attached Detailed Call of the Action and its Annexes where all amendments and additions have been incorporated.
