The 5th Amendment of the Decision on the Inclusion of State Aid Actions under the call was announced: Upgrading micro & small enterprises to develop their capacities in new markets due to the inclusion of 80 additional operations in the Action.

5th Amendment of the Decision of Inclusion - Elements for the registration of operations


With the 5th Amendment of the Inclusion Decision, an additional eighty (80) projects/activities are included, with an additional budget of 4.403.661,33€. The total Public Expenditure amounts to 297,521,802.57€.

Beneficiaries' Obligations


The specific conditions resulting from the aid scheme as well as the obligations arising from the ESI Funds Regulations are binding on each beneficiary. They are described by the Detailed Call of the Action, as applicable. Beneficiaries have the possibility to lodge an online appeal against this decision. It is submitted through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive deadline of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day following its issuance. EFEPAE will inform each beneficiary electronically about its inclusion and in particular about its Technical Annex, which includes a clear and detailed description of the project to be executed, the timetable, its total budget, its sources and funding rate.
