Ανακοινώθηκε η 2η Απόφαση Απόρριψης Πράξεων Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων στο πλαίσιο της Πρόσκλησης: Αναβάθμιση πολύ μικρών & μικρών επιχειρήσεων για την ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων τους στις νέες αγορές, με θέμα την απόρριψη εφτακοσίων ογδόντα μίας (781) Πράξεων.

2nd Decision rejecting acts - Content

The 2nd Decision rejecting State Aid Acts includes the rejection of seven hundred and eighty-one (781) Acts, with a total requested Public Expenditure of € 37,245,895.09 submitted to the Action "Upgrading micro & small enterprises to develop their capabilities in new markets", with MIS Code 1390, in Priority Axes 01 and 01S of EPAnEK: "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities" and "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities (Central Greece, South Aegean)", and specifically in Thematic Objective 03 – Investment Priority 3c and in the specific objective: 2.4 "Upgrading the level of business organization and operation of SMEs, in the nine (9) strategic sectors of the country".

Candidates whose applications for funding are hereby rejected have the possibility to submit an electronic objection to it once. The objection is submitted through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive deadline of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day following its issuance, in accordance with paragraph I.1.10.4 of the Detailed Call for Action.

EFEPAE will inform electronically, separately, each candidate whose application for funding has been rejected. The information will include a clear and detailed statement of the reasons for its rejection.
