The 2nd Amendment of the Decision on the Inclusion of State Aid Actions under the call was announced: Upgrading micro & small enterprises to develop their capacities in new markets due to the inclusion of 645 additional operations in the Action.

The public expenditure of the operations proposed for inclusion in the Public Investment Programme amounts to
214,852,906.66 €.

Beneficiaries' Obligations

The specific conditions resulting from the aid scheme as well as the obligations arising from the ESI Funds Regulations are binding on each beneficiary. They are described by the Detailed Call of the Action, as applicable. Beneficiaries have the possibility of lodging an online appeal against this decision This can be done via the State Aid Information System , within an exclusive period of twenty calendar days from the day following its adoption. EFEPAE to inform electronically each beneficiary separately about its inclusion and in particular about its Technical Annex. This shall include a clear and detailed description of the work to be carried out. Also included is the schedule, the
its total budget, its sources and funding rate.
