Ανακοινώθηκε η 2η τροποποίηση και παράταση έως τις 15/6/2017 και ώρα 16:00 της Πρόσκλησης υποβολής αιτήσεων χρηματοδότησης ερευνητικών έργων στην Ενιαία Δράση Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων Έρευνας, Τεχνολογικής Ανάπτυξης & Καινοτομίας «ΕΡΕΥΝΩ -ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΩ – ΚΑΙΝΟΤΟΜΩ» του Ε.Π. «Ανταγωνιστικότητα, Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία (ΕΠΑνΕΚ)», ΕΣΠΑ 2014 – 2020.

Λόγοι τροποποίησης - 2η τροποποίηση

• Decision to harmonize the eligibility conditions of personnel costs with other GSRT Actions under the NSRF 2014-2020,
• Need to add clarification concerning the language of submission of applications for funding,
• A decision to allow potential beneficiaries to appeal against the finalisation of the submission of the application for funding;
• Need to add clarification regarding the formal condition of participation for not submitting the proposed project to another programme, where a project submitted to another programme has been rejected and/or its non-funding has been finalised;
• Decision to add the possibility for beneficiaries-enterprises that have received an advance payment against a Letter of Guarantee, when the expenses of their project have been checked and certified, to request - under specific conditions - the maintenance of the existing letter of guarantee with a view to granting additional public funding,
• Need to take into account the document of EYKE with A.P.42649/EFKE 5351/10-04-2017 on "Clarifications on issues of application of Kan. E. E. 651/2014, regarding the classification of a business as problematic",
• Need to update the model submission form, in line with the implementation in the RIS,

given that these changes do not alter the basic conditions for the participation and selection of research projects.

Conditions for extension

Η ημερομηνία έναρξης ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής των Αιτήσεων Χρηματοδότησης μετά τη 2η τροποποίηση στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων ορίζεται για τον Ά Κύκλο η Πέμπτη 23 Μαρτίου 2017 και ώρα 15.00 με καταληκτική ημερομηνία την Πέμπτη 15 Ιουνίου 2017 και ώρα 16:00.

Beneficiaries are responsible for the complete and correct completion of their online application for funding. Correction or modification or completion of applications, completion of any missing information, even supplementary or clarifying, is not allowed after the completion of the electronic submission of the application.

It is allowed to cancel the online application for funding of the proposed project until Monday, June 12, 2017 at 16:00.

It is also allowed to undo the finalisation of the online application for funding έως και τη Δευτέρα 12 Ιουνίου 2017 και ώρα 16:00. Με την επιλογή αυτή τα δεδομένα που έχουν καταχωρηθεί στο ΠΣΚΕ για τη συγκεκριμένη αίτηση χρηματοδότησης είναι διαθέσιμα για διόρθωση/τροποποίηση. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, τυχόν επανυποβολή της αίτησης χρηματοδότησης επιτρέπεται εντός της ταχθείσας προθεσμίας.
