The following points were announced concerning the Action: support for the establishment and operation of new tourism SMEs

- The Private Participation for the support action for New Tourism SMEs may correspond to 50% or 55% (depending on the aid rate) of the requested budget, according to the detailed call (section 7.)

As a condition of participation, the presentation of evidence of the possibility of covering private participation is defined. Mandatory at least 60% of the corresponding private participation, depending on the case. Therefore, the requirement of the possibility of covering private participation at a rate of 60% is calculated on the above percentages. They are 60% of 50% or 60% of 55%.

- Concerning the reference in the detailed call for the action to support Young Tourism SMEs to demonstrate private participation. It is a prerequisite that it comes from recognized credit institutions by the Bank of Greece. Please note that all financial institutions legally operating in their country of establishment are accepted.

It is reminded that the documentation of the own contribution from available bank balances should be dated 28/02/2018. Also, the deadline for submitting applications for inclusion in the program is 28/3/2018.
