The 1st Decision rejecting State Aid Acts in the context of the Call "Upgrading of micro & small enterprises for the development of their capacities in new markets" was announced with the subject of the rejection of seven hundred and forty (740) Acts.

Η 1η Απόφαση Απόρριψης Πράξεων Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων περιλαμβάνει την απόρριψη εφτακοσίων σαράντα (740) Πράξεων, συνολικής αιτούμενης Δημόσιας Δαπάνης 43.166.466,19€ που υποβλήθηκαν στη Δράση: Αναβάθμιση πολύ μικρών & μικρών επιχειρήσεων για την ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων τους στις νέες αγορές, with MIS Code 1390, in Priority Axes 01 and 01S of EPAnEK: "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities" and "Development of entrepreneurship with Sectoral priorities (Central Greece, South Aegean)", and specifically in Thematic Objective 03 – Investment Priority 3c and in the specific objective: 2.4 "Upgrading the level of business organization and operation of SMEs, in the nine (9) strategic sectors of the country".

Candidates whose applications for funding are hereby rejected have the possibility to submit an electronic objection to it once. The objection is submitted through the State Aid Information System, within an exclusive deadline of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day following its issuance, in accordance with paragraph I.1.10.4 of the Detailed Call for Action.

EFEPAE will inform electronically, separately, each candidate whose application for funding has been rejected. The information will include a clear and detailed statement of the reasons for its rejection.
