DYPA: Start of selection of training programs for the “Integrated Training and Employment Action for the unemployed aged 25 to 45”
From Thursday 29 February 2024, the beneficiaries who have been defaulted by companies participating in the “Integrated Training and Employment Action for unemployed people aged 25 to 45” can choose the training program they wish to follow on the website voucher.gov.gr and specifically in the section “DYPA – Training Programs for the Recovery Fund”.
The approved digital or green skills programs from which the unemployed-beneficiaries will choose will be displayed according to the educational level (compulsory, secondary, higher education graduate, etc.), as well as the other academic qualifications they have declared.
The project aims to train 10,000 unemployed and create 7,500 new full-time jobs and is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. It is a comprehensive intervention aimed at upgrading and certifying skills, as well as employing the unemployed for at least 6 months.
The training is implemented at a distance and lasts 80 hours (at least 60 hours of synchronous and up to 20 hours of asynchronous training) and is followed by certification of the knowledge and skills acquired by independent certification bodies.
The businesses that will employ the unemployed for 6 months in a new job will receive a grant of up to 100% of the total cost (salary and contributions), up to 6,132 euros. The participation applications of businesses are submitted at the following link:
After submitting the application, DYPA’s employment consultants will indicate to the company candidates with the required qualifications stated by the company.
The total budget of the employment program amounts to 41,331,600 euros and is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
