ASEP: From today 29/07 the applications for the recruitment of permanent specialist scientific staff

From today, Monday, July 29, applications for permanent recruitment of special scientific staff with a Private Law Indefinite Employment relationship from University Education graduates of the pan-Hellenic written competition of the Supreme Personnel Selection Council (ASEP) (2nd Stage). The recruitments will be made in the following organizations:

Applications – supporting documents

The candidates, who possess the general and specific required qualifications of the advertised positions, must complete and submit:

  1. Application for participation in ASEP with supporting documents exclusively through its website www.asep.gr
  2. The APPLICATION – RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT (electronic) is completed in accordance with the GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING – SUBMITTING ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS AND JUSTIFICATIONS

Because the applications are processed electronically, candidates are required to fill in the relevant boxes / fields of the electronic applications, as well as the codes, which refer to the corresponding qualifications required and they possess.

  • If the candidates do not fill in these boxes / fields or the codes or if they fill in other boxes or codes, except those mentioned in the specific qualifications or if they mention them in other parts of the APPLICATION – RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT (electronic), the qualifications will not be taken into account, even if the relevant supporting documents are submitted.
  • The deadline for submitting online applications and supporting documents for participation begins on Monday, July 29 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Monday, August 12 at 2:00 p.m.

The deadline of the application and supporting documents is judged based on the date of their electronic submission to ASEP.

The protocol number of the application and the date of electronic submission appear in the “List of online applications”. A similar notification is also sent to the electronic address (email) declared by the candidates. At the same time, the APPLICATION – LIABILITY STATEMENT (electronic) is also provided in a printable form.

THE APPLICATION – LIABILITY DECLARATION (electronic) is subject to a declaration of responsibility in accordance with Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 and the inaccuracy of the information provided entails the prescribed criminal and administrative sanctions.

  • Three (3) euro receipt, which the candidate obtains electronically through the electronic receipt application (e-Receipt) by selecting – Public Body – Supreme Personnel Selection Council (ASEP) from the website of the General Secretariat of Public Administration Information Systems www.gsis.gr

To facilitate the candidates a related link has been created on the ASEP website www.asep.gr (see “ELECTRONIC PARAVOL”) which leads to the above website of the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration.

The candidate must write the fee code in the appropriate field of the online APPLICATION – RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT and pay the fee for the electronic fee until the submission of his application, otherwise the application will not be finalized.

It should be noted that the electronic submission of the application to ASEP is completed by selecting “Finalization”, provided that the fee code is in the “PAID” state, so that it can be reserved. In any case, the candidate must pay the fee of the fee indicated in his application.

For candidates who do not provide the necessary supporting documents, for proof of the qualifications and criteria they declare with their application for participation in the process and which are taken into account for their ranking in the relevant lists, as the case may be, or be included in a list of rejects, even if they are successful in the 1ST STAGE (2C/2022 Invitation / Announcement), or their total score is reformed.

Each candidate is entitled to submit a single application, which may include preferences for all advertised positions (position code) and for more than one subject / specialization.

In his application, the candidate states the order of his preferences by position code in which he wishes to be appointed / hired. Replacement of the application or correction or submission of additional supporting documents is only possible until the end of the deadline for submission of electronic applications.
