DYPA: Final results for the new training program in collaboration with Amazon

Posted on Thursday, December 28, 2023, the final tables of successful, runner-up and excluded of the new online training program of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) in collaboration with Amazon entitled “Cloud Practitioner Essentials” AWS” at https://www.dypa.gov.gr/nea-anakoinwseis.

The compilation of the tables was carried out in order of priority and based on the prescribed criteria. To each beneficiary, DYPA will immediately send an informative email about the next steps regarding registration on the educational platform and attending the online courses.

Goal of the DYPA Action

The action is implemented within the framework of the DYPA – Amazon Web Services (AWS) collaboration with the aim of taking joint actions to effectively address the digital divide in the labor market and strengthening the digital economy. The program, with a total duration of 8 training hours, is addressed to 1,000 unemployed and is offered free of charge by AWS, as part of corporate social responsibility, while its implementation will be carried out through the official educational institution for Greece OTE Academy (Amazon Training Partner).

The content addresses the concepts of AWS Cloud, AWS services, security, architecture, pricing and support to build the required knowledge for certification and a career in computing clouds (cloud computing). Participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon completion of the program.

DYPA continues its successful collaborations with international technology for upgrading the necessary skills of the human potential of the country, with emphasis on digital skills in high demand in the labor market, enhancing their employability.
