EEA – Athens University of Economics and Business: New free online seminars with attendance certificate

The Professional Chamber of Athens (EEA), in collaboration with the KEDIVIM of the Athens University of Economics, are holding, for free, a series of online seminars at subject “BASIC PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES” (Wednesday 6/12 and time 6-8 pm) and “BASIC SKILLS OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGERS” (Thursday 7/12 and time 6-8 pm).

The presenter of the seminars is Mrs. Maria Vakola, professor of the Department of Marketing and Communication of the Athens University of Economics and Business.

At the end of the seminar, the trainees will receive a certificate of attendance from the EEA.

The seminar is aimed at small business owners who employ employees, who come into direct contact with customers and are the frontline staff. It has been designed in such a way as to have the maximum possible practical application in the daily life of the specific individuals, offering the necessary tools-methods that will facilitate the communication and management of the relationships of the individuals in question with their employees, with the aim of optimizing their performance. The purpose of the program is to provide participants with practical tips and techniques that will improve their behavior, skills and performance in their daily contact with customer contact workers. This improvement contributes decisively to the company’s image and is a key component of its differentiation in relation to its competitors.
