{"id":9960,"date":"2023-03-03T08:50:39","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T08:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-espa.summerize.io\/sevt-announcement-of-the-13th-national-competition-ecotrophelia-2023\/"},"modified":"2023-08-01T04:27:51","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T04:27:51","slug":"sevt-announcement-of-the-13th-national-competition-ecotrophelia-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/sevt-announcement-of-the-13th-national-competition-ecotrophelia-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"SEVT: Announcement of the 13th national competition Ecotrophelia 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/sevt-prokirixi-13ou-ethikou-diagonismou-ecotrophelia-2023-1024x586.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Association<\/strong> of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sevt.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Greek Food and Beverage Industries<\/a><\/strong> (SEVT) announced the the <strong>13th national competition<\/strong> for <strong>the creation<\/strong> of <strong>ecological<\/strong> <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> <strong>innovative<\/strong> <strong>food products<\/strong>, <strong>Ecotrophelia<\/strong> <strong>2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">. <strong>SEVT<\/strong> organizes <strong>since 2011<\/strong> the competition  <strong>Ecotrophelia<\/strong>, which has become an institution, with  <strong>great<\/strong> <strong>impact<\/strong> and <strong>major<\/strong> <strong>European<\/strong> <strong>awards<\/strong>. The competition gives the <strong>possibility<\/strong> to <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/category_of_beneficiary\/idiotes-epidotisi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new students<\/a>\n<\/strong>who are involved in the <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/c\/food-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">food science<\/a>\n<\/strong>, to showcase their <strong>creative<\/strong> <strong>spirit<\/strong> and <strong>innovative proposals<\/strong>, in addition to creating a source of ideas for the industry.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All those <strong>eligible<\/strong> to <strong>participate<\/strong> in the national competition are <strong>undergraduate<\/strong> and <strong>postgraduate<\/strong> <strong>students<\/strong> of <strong>higher<\/strong> <strong>education<\/strong> <strong>institutions<\/strong> and <strong>research<\/strong> <strong>institutes<\/strong> in the country, which will <strong>develop<\/strong> their own <strong>an innovative<\/strong> <strong>food<\/strong> <strong>product<\/strong>, which must have elements of <strong>eco-innovation<\/strong> and which will be <strong>tasted<\/strong> by the national evaluation committee.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3C0;&#x3AD;&#x3BD;&#x3C4;&#x3B5;-&#x3B2;&#x3C1;&#x3B1;&#x3B2;&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B1;-ecotrophelia\"><strong>Five awards<\/strong> <strong>Ecotrophelia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition includes five prizes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the gold prize with a cash prize of 1,500 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the silver prize with a prize money of 1,200 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the bronze prize with a cash prize of 1,000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the prize for the best presentation with a prize money of 800 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the prize for the best marketing &amp; marketing plan, with a cash prize of 800 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The winning team of the national competition will participate in a second phase in the European competition Ecotrophelia 2023, which will take place in the framework of the international exhibition &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anuga.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anuga<\/a>&#8221; in Cologne. The European competition will involve all the winning teams from European countries that have been selected at national level.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For participation in the national competition the <strong>dead<\/strong><strong>lines<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Friday 31 March 2023: Submit Entry Form<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Friday 19 May 2023: Submission of the Detailed Technical File<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>evaluation of<\/strong> the competing products and the <strong>award<\/strong> <strong>ceremony<\/strong> will take place in Athens on <strong>Wednesday<\/strong>, <strong>June 21, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Association of Greek Food and Beverage Industries (SEVT) announced the the 13th national competition for the creation of ecological &#8211; innovative food products, Ecotrophelia 2023 .
