Research and development by enterprises<\/strong>. Intervention I is aimed at <a href=\"https:\/\/espa.io\/en\/business_type\/established-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>existing<\/strong> <strong>enterprises<\/strong><\/a>, irrespective of their date of establishment. Potential beneficiaries are either a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) or Groups of Enterprises in which at least one is necessarily an SME.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>II. Business partnerships with research organisations.<\/strong> Intervention II concerns <strong>partnerships between<\/strong> <strong>existing<\/strong> <strong>enterprises<\/strong>, irrespective of their size and date of establishment, and <strong>research<\/strong> <strong>organisations<\/strong>, with enterprises as the main beneficiaries.<\/p>\n\n<p>In partnerships of <strong>two or three or four partner<\/strong> organisations, <strong>one of them must necessarily be an SME<\/strong>. In partnerships of <strong>more than four partner<\/strong> entities, <strong>two<\/strong> of them <strong>must necessarily<\/strong> be <strong>enterprises<\/strong> and at least <strong>one of<\/strong> them must be an <strong>SME<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>III. Exploitation of Research Results. Potential beneficiaries under Intervention III are existing individual small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>IV. Seal of Excellence for businesses.<\/strong>Potential beneficiaries are <strong>small and medium-sized<\/strong> <strong>Greek<\/strong> <strong>enterprises<\/strong> that have received the Seal <strong>of Excellence<\/strong> for<strong>research and development projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The specific conditions for participation will be included in the Detailed Call for Proposals.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-&#x3B5;&#x3AF;&#x3B4;&#x3BF;&#x3C2;-&#x3B5;&#x3BD;&#x3AF;&#x3C3;&#x3C7;&#x3C5;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3C5;-&#x3B5;&#x3C1;&#x3B5;&#x3C5;&#x3BD;&#x3CE;-&#x3BA;&#x3B1;&#x3B9;&#x3BD;&#x3BF;&#x3C4;&#x3BF;&#x3BC;&#x3CE;-2021-27\"><strong>\u0395\u03af\u03b4\u03bf\u03c2 \u03b5\u03bd\u03af\u03c3\u03c7\u03c5\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2<\/strong> <strong>\u03c4\u03bf\u03c5<\/strong> <strong>\u0395\u03c1\u03b5\u03c5\u03bd\u03ce \u2013 \u039a\u03b1\u03b9\u03bd\u03bf\u03c4\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce 2021\/27<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Grant \/ Subsidy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enterprises and other entities treated as enterprises<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research organisations and other entities treated as research organisations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u0397 \u0394\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03b7 \u0395\u03c1\u03b5\u03c5\u03bd\u03ce \u2013 \u039a\u03b1\u03b9\u03bd\u03bf\u03c4\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce 2021-2027 <strong>is expected<\/strong> to be announced  <strong>in the 4th quarter of 2022<\/strong>. In distinct submission stages, it will be given  <strong>priority to<\/strong>  <strong>undertakings<\/strong> to submit  <strong>proposals<\/strong> (4th quarter 2022) and then to the  <strong>proposals for<\/strong> <strong>collaborative<\/strong> <strong>projects<\/strong> between <strong>research<\/strong> <strong>organisations<\/strong> and <strong>businesses<\/strong> (Q1 2023) and for projects with a <strong>Seal of Excellence<\/strong> (Q2 2023).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Application area<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>All over Greece<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In order to participate in the Action, <strong>businesses<\/strong> must be <strong>legally<\/strong> <strong>established<\/strong> and <strong>operate<\/strong> in <strong>Greece<\/strong> or in <strong>another<\/strong> <strong>Member State of the European Union<\/strong> either as <strong>legal<\/strong> <strong>entities<\/strong> (e.g. AE, EPE, OE, OE, EU, IKE, JVSE) or as <strong>sole proprietorships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Excluding<\/strong> <strong>firms in difficulty<\/strong> and <strong>firms<\/strong> for which a <strong>decision<\/strong> to <strong>recover<\/strong> <strong>aid<\/strong> <strong>from<\/strong> <strong>the EU<\/strong> is <strong>pending<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u039c\u03c0\u03bf\u03c1\u03b5\u03af\u03c4\u03b5
